Refund Process

We are happy to provide refunds in the form of a store credit only. Any returned item must be in its original condition, with all tags intact, unworn, free or make up stains or the smell of fragrance, (perfume and detergent). Once your returned item are received, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return for store credit. due to high demand and limited quantities in certain styles, we cannot offer exchanges. 

All sale items are final, including undergarments, leggings, socks and any items purchased with a coupon code over 30% off or higher. We cannot make any exceptions on these items. Please keep your return tracking number for your records. We cannot process your return without your invoice number or packing slip.
